Shipping and Returns

From the time you place your order to the day you receive your item, you are looking at about 3-5 months for production and shipping. For additional cost ($100) we can expedite your oder and deliver within 2-3 months, please contact for details.

Domestic Shipping within the US

• We ship to all of the US.
• Standard shipping within the US is $30. 
• If you have a special request with your shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

International Shipping

• We ship to all countries globally.
• International shipping is $90. Packages shipped overseas are usually labeled as gift, unless otherwise requested.
• Any custom duty imposed by receiver's country will be client's responsibility.
• Please contact us if you require insurance for your shipment.

Returns and Cancellations

• If you made a purchase online and for any reason you're not satisfied with your wedding dress, please ship the dress back (post-marked) within 5 calendar days.
• Returns are accepted on new dresses only.
• If the dress is without tags or is damaged or has perfume odors, the item will not be accepted and will be sent back.
• Customer pays return shipping.
• Dresses purchased in person or picked up in person are final sale. 
• All returned dresses or cancelled orders are subject to Restocking Fee of $400 (standard sizes). No returns or cancellations accepted on custom size dresses.
• If you have not received your dress within 5 months from the date of the order, we will issue full refund.
• Refunds (minus Restocking Fee) are issued based on the original method of payment, and can take up to 1-2 weeks to be processed.
